The brief called for a modern family home very close to the beach. The owners wanted an “easy house to live in”, they are very focussed on an active outdoor life style. They asked for 4 bedrooms, a serarate lounge / family area for the two teenage children and for the living area and master suite to be upstairs. The house has been sited to take advantage of the northerly aspect and the prevailing south-east breezes. This project is currently under construction.
