The brief for this project was to take a small block of 4 units and convert it into a family residence. One of the first challenges was to give the exterior a complete make over, the existing property was starved of light but has sensational coastal views, so the obvious direction was to add lots of transparency which would help transform the interior spaces and give the exterior a more contemporary feel. The project has since been put on hold.
